However, it’s recently been shown (meta-analysis link below) that 2/3 of disc bulges spontaneously heal on their own. Many within just a few months. Remember your disc has a rich blood supply and like everything else can also heal!
Key tips: structural change doesn’t always predict pain. Your disc will heal, that’s if it’s even herniated at all! Take a little and often approach to exercise!
